This weekend, Angeline + Matt were wed at Cave Spring Winery’s ‘Vineyard Retreat’ among the grape rows in the vineyard where some of Niagara’s best vintages begin! After their wedding ceremony, Angeline + Matt welcomed their guests to an evening dinner reception in The Windows Room at the nearby Inn on the Twenty on Main St. in Jordan Village.
The colour palette for the day was ‘Forest’ featuring mainly shades of fresh green and white with a small hit of butter.
To achieve a soft 'local Niagara' feel, we designed with plenty of white hydrangeas, orchids and peonies. We also added some items from our studio's organic cutting gardens including Japanese Painted Fern fronds, Lady's Mantle blooms and fresh mint foliage. Elements included birch logs, green globe grapes and poppy pods.
It was wonderful to be a part of Angeline + Matt's wedding celebration … cheers!
This close-up gives you a good idea of the 'look and feel' of the Forest colour palette ...

The bride’s bouquet …

The bridesmaids wore Emerald Green and carried smaller versions of Angeline's bouquet ...

Angeline + Matt were married out in the spring vineyards with the vista of the Niagara Escarpment in the distance ... the rain held off and it was a perfect afternoon for an outdoor winery wedding ceremony!

Our custom-made wrought iron Shepherd's Hooks lined the aisle ... they looked fantastic against the backdrop of the white Chiavari Chairs!

The head table was designed in 'tablescape' fashion, with multiple satellite floral pieces, birch logs, green globe grapes, strands of ivy and loads of candlelight!

These gorgeous full floral centerpieces looked absolutely perfect against the linens and white Chiavari chairs provided by Simply Beautiful Decor.

Our stationery guru put together the matching Place Cards and Seating Plan using the colours and fonts Angeline + Matt had chosen for their wedding invitations!

This past weekend, Kim + Les celebrated their Niagara winery wedding ceremony and reception at the famed Chateau des Charmes Winery in Niagara on the Lake. Outdoor weddings in Niagara are always fantastic … but getting married out among the winery vineyards in full view of the Niagara Escarpment is truly a memorable experience unique to Niagara's wine country!
Kim's colour palette was a little bit ‘Breeze’ with emphasis on shades of light purple. To accomplish the design for Kim and Les, we used hydrangeas, roses, peonies, lisianthus and calla lilies.
To complete the 'wine' theme, we included green globe grapes in the centerpieces and even designed the place cards to be displayed in wine corks!
The bride’s bouquet was hand-tied (as all our bouquets are!) in shades of purple, wrapped in saddle-stitched grosgrain ribbon and accented with our gold pin finish!

The matching bridesmaid's bouquets ... similar details in the finish!

The father of the bride (Kim's dad) models his boutonniere for us ...

Kim + Les were married outdoors (the rain held off!) steps from the vineyards behind Chateau des Charmes winery ... it was a perfect location for these lovebirds!

The reception space looked fabulous all decked out with gold chiavari chairs and white linen with gold stripe sheer overlay. It was a perfect marriage of elements ... flowers, linens, stationery and even the cute paper lanterns hanging from ceiling of the tent!

The gorgeous colour palette was carried through in all the little details of the place settings including the placecards, menus and cute little chopstick packages! Thanks to our design guy Mark for the stationery!

Best wishes to Kim + Les … thanks for inviting us to be a part of making your Niagara wedding celebration memorable!

We absolutely love, love, love Niagara winery weddings … especially this time of year!
This weekend, Holly + Rodolfo were wed at Cave Spring Winery’s ‘Vineyard Retreat’ among the grape rows in the vineyard where some of Niagara’s best vintages begin! After their wedding ceremony, Holly + Rodolfo invited their guests to an evening dinner reception in the Vintner’s Cellar at the nearby Inn on the Twenty on Main St. in Jordan Village.
The colour palette for the day was ‘Fire’ featuring shades of cherry, rust, pumpkin, chocolate and saffron. To achieve Holly’s look, we designed with dahlias, roses, hydrangeas, orchids and mango callas.
The bride’s bouquet …

The bridesmaid's bouquet ...

The wedding ceremony was supposed to be in the vineyard, but was changed to the Retreat at the last minute because the weather was not cooperating!

We loved these Fire centerpieces!

There's this creepy / cool grotto in the Vintner's Cellar ... I think it used to be a cistern for the original winery back in the 1800's.

We designed a Wishing Tree out of Manzanita branches in glass.

Mark designed the stationery on the tables ...

It was wonderful to be a part of Holly + Rodolfo’s wedding celebration … cheers!
